Future Hope Nepal Children Care Center is a social welfare organization established in 2066 B.S. The main purpose of this organization is to work for the welfare of the orphanage children, to protect them, literate them and provide all the necessary basic needs that supports the growth and development of children.
The main founder of the organization is Ms. Rita Siwakoti and there are other members who has been looking after those children and their needs. The organization is looking after 25 orphan children from different parts of the country and they were brought their through different sources. the concept of opening an organization started when Ms. Rita Siwakoti got a call to support a child who was orphan and had nobody to look after. This is when Ms. Rita decided to open a child center for those children who needed help.
The team of Manav Sewa Foundation, Nepal contacted, Ms. Rita Siwakoti through the organizational page on social media. For the further detailed information about the Future Hope Nepal, the team went to the organization to get the information and clear view on how the organization has been looking after the children. During our field visit we interrogated with Ms. Laxmi Jee who is working as a caretaker.
She shared the information related to organization and how it has been running. As per her, there are people who comes there to support the children on events like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals etc. Some organization helps with stationaries, rations and some with other related materials according to the need. During this conversation, the team of foundation identified the need of the organization and decided to help them with Mattresses and Ration that was needed at that moment. On January 30,2022 we conducted a distribution program at Future Hope Nepal.
The team went to the organization and had a short program where we discussed about the organization programs and what it does. Similarly, the children of Future Hope Nepal enthusiastically showed their talent and gave a performance of their choices. Due to the risk of Covid-19 the protocols were followed so the program was conducted for the certain period of time, but it was indeed a fruitful program for both the organization.
